Field Marketing Manager

OSPWAT is looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager based out of our Israel office to support the EMEA region (primarily Israel, UK, France, Germany, DACHS, Nordics, Romania, Hungary, and Poland). The role is responsible for design, implementation, and execution of field marketing events with a focus on enterprise sales field needs. She/he will work closely with regional sales leaders and their strategic partners to promote brand awareness, generate sales opportunities, and track and report results.

The successful candidate must be able to drive multiple projects, anticipate project needs, identify work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. As the Field Marketing and Events Manager, they will be expected to demonstrate extreme attention to detail, superb communication skills, have a "can do" attitude, and be capable of creative problem-solving.

What You Will Be Doing
Partner closely with the regional field and channel sales teams in Israel & EMEA to define and execute in-region programs tied to revenue goals, including but not limited to regional and local events, field marketing programs (primarily collateral and promotion localization), and partner joint marketing programs.
Work with regional contractors to localize marketing collateral and promotion materials, including datasheets, website, white papers, press releases and marketing promotions.
Work with a regional public relations firm to ensure alignment and execution in parallel with the corporate PR strategy and plans.
Up to 20% of your time will be spent travelling.
Manage planning and logistics for various end-user and partner-facing event types: 10 x 10, tabletop, sporting, lunch-and-learn, partner activities, etc., including pre/post show documentation and communication. Ensure that booth selection, design, staffing, branding, messaging, materials (displays, literature, giveaways, signage, prizes) and necessary services (internet, badge scanners, etc.) are show ready.
Work closely with business partners’ marketing organizations to ensure all joint strategies are implemented responsibly within budget.
Set and implement standards of protocol to ensure that OPSWAT’s brand presence is executed to its fullest in each and every program.
Work as a part of the marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing and effective tradeshow & events calendar/schedule by identifying event opportunities.
Be accountable for budget forecasting, tracking and reconciliation, capturing and recording of data associated with each marketing activity for use in ROI analysis and future event planning.
Work with various departments (executive staff, sales, product management, product marketing, etc.) to recruit, prepare, and support thought leadership opportunities (speaking engagements) at events and conferences.
Meticulously maintain the marketing events calendar so that all internal customers have up-to-the-minute access to the planning that is going on behind any given event.
Arrange and coordinate international delelgations and customer/prospect visits in the OPSWAT Israel Demo Center.
Manage and maintain the OPSWAT Israel demo center schedule and promote visits with the Israeli Export Instituite, Israel Cyber Directorate, Ben Gurion University Cyber center, and others.

Speak and write English fluently.
Understanding of how to stand out in an extremely crowded and noisy market.
Ability to think cleverly about how to build a strategic and holistic presence at events and regional programs – it’s well beyond just setting up a booth or a table top and we don’t just do something ‘because it’s best practice’ or ‘we’ve always done it that way’.
Belief that every program and budget dollar has a purpose and can be measurably tied back to value to the business.
A true partner to the sales team, providing marketing expertise to help them achieve their revenue goals versus administrative sales support.
A natural storyteller who enjoys building enthusiasm, loyalty, and advocacy with our customers and partners.
A perspective about your role as a problem solver: you are in the trenches alongside our customers helping them solve some of the hardest challenges they will face in their careers.
Metrics driven and know how to build programs and tie them back to pipeline development goals.
A sense of urgency and desire to work and win with a team of smart, hard working and nice people.
Ability to build a strategic plan and clearly tie program execution up to the strategy.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
German, French, and Spanish language skills.
4++ years of marketing or event planning experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related subject, or commensurate experience.
Experience working with Public Relations firms.
Strong passion for excellence and a high level of initiative.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management capabilities.
Outstanding organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
