Support and Sales Manager

SITE123 is looking for an experienced Support and Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, multitasking worker, with the experience, knowledge and motivation to excel. This excellent opportunity is a long-term project and will present incredible opportunities for the right candidate.

The Support and Sales Manager’s responsibilities are supervising and managing all aspects of the support team. Their day-to-day duties will include auditing the quality of the service provided by the support team; planning and maintaining our knowledge base (support center); conducting and managing special cases from customers; hiring and training new agents and providing guidance to the team. Responsibilities will also include managing the sales team and setting sales goals; as well as undertaking other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the position.

-Position Requirements-

At least 2 years of experience as a support team manager.
At least 1 year of experience working as a sales agent / managing a sales team.
A full understanding of the website builder field.
Fluent in English, Spoken + Written – Must / Other Languages – Advantage
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinker and independent worker.
Strong analysis skills.
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Self motivated, goal-driven, and results oriented.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS - an advantage.
Experience with other website builder platforms – an advantage.
