We’re looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact.


Responsibilities:

Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks
Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms.
Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies.
Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth.
Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs.
Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate.
Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments.
Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to the team.
Collaborate with the internal creative team to create assets for campaigns.

Managed over $1M/Year on mobile ad spend
4+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale
Campaign management on self-served platforms – a must
Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels
Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
Deep understanding of mobile attribution
Willingness to learn and use third party ad systems such as ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools
Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time
Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
Profound knowledge of MS-Office Products (Excel in particular)
Fluent English – verbal and written

We’re looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact.


Responsibilities:

As part of the development team, you will be responsible for creating new state-of-the-art UI and UX
Implementing complex client-side algorithms and business logic reaching our multi-million user community.
From designing the architecture, through talks with the product team on the look and behavior of the app, to optimizing for speed and finalizing the experience to the smallest details.
Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code. Design, Code, Test, Automate, Troubleshoot, and be awesome.

Experience in commercial development of Android-applications (at least 3 years);
Knowledge of Kotlin, Java;
Experience with Git, understanding the Gitflow principles;
Ability to implement non-standard UI elements;

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the entire product definition process. You will work with our R&D and Graphics teams to create detailed and encompassing specifications for our apps.
Your work will influence the day-to-day of more than 300,000 active users (and counting). It’s a lot, but in many aspects, we feel that we’re just getting started.
You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again.


Responsibilities:
Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering
Analyze the success of the feature once it's released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results
Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing social media strategy across our products accounts on organic social channels, while integrating social efforts into our overarching marketing and communications strategies. You’ll build creative campaigns and extract insights that highlight our priorities and values, resonate with our audiences, and differentiate our brand.


Responsibilities:


Daily operation of the digital presence of Tap Mobile’s products on social media sites.
Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build an overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement.
Writing relevant content per each platform and product by using texts, pictures, video, infographics, GIFs, and more, and as needed, to expose the content for the relevant technological target audience.
Cultivate an engaged audience across all channels.
Use analytic tools for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the content created for social media. Monitor KPIs, measure performance and analyze metrics that will help optimize the content effectiveness.
Be a creative storytelling champion for the social strategy in partnership with the brand, influencer, and content marketing teams.


Experience in creating all kinds of social media content.
Native-level English speaker: you should be able to communicate very well both internally and externally in English - as well as being able to write great ad copy in English.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate our value to our target audience
Knows well the characteristics, resources, and analytics tools in the social media field.
Excellent teamwork ability. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
