OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Product Manager for one of our Cyber Security lines of products. As a leading Product Manager, you will own a strategic role in the company’s growth and be responsible for our global business and marketing activities for one of our products. You will be reporting to the product’s business director and work with a global team.

You will craft the messaging and positioning for products, conduct deep market research and develop innovative Go-To-Market programs that drive demand and business performance.

Responsibilities
Create and develop messaging, positioning and go-to-market plans.
Create sales enablement tools, such as presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, and customer case studies.
Present marketing and sales enablement materials to internal and external audiences including marketing events and exhibition.
Create Blogs and social media content.
Responsible for web asset such as home page and digital marketing pages.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in B2B software product marketing or outbound product management.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities - English as a mother tongue.
Effective interaction with a wide range of audiences, including sales and product management.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix environment to solicit support and resolve conflicts.
Bachelor's in business or marketing, MBA is an advantage.
Background and knowledge in Cyber Security is an advantage.
Located in OPSWAT Israel office.
Strong time management and scheduling skills using industry standard products, Office365, Atlassian Suite, etc.
Demonstrable background in writing product management content (product requirement documents, design specification, user guides, etc.)
Experience in working with large scale enterprise customers is highly desired.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Product Management certification required.
Experience working with remote teams across diverse cultures a plus.
Experience with Agile development a must.

The Customer Success Engineer will be the primary technical resource for our OPSWAT prospects, customers and partners. You will assist in identifying customer challenges and driving solutions based on OPSWAT products and customer needs. What We Need from You
3+ years' experience in cybersecurity or networking as a software sales engineer, technical salesperson, technical account manager, or technical support engineer of integrated systems and software.
A technical understanding of APIs, REST, TCP, SSH, PowerShell, Python, SQL and related tools and techniques.
Experience leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT Administrator).
Strong presentation and application demonstration skills.
Experience in enterprise software or networking solutions, ideally within the network or device security space.
A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points.
Vast experience in Software Installations, diagnostics tools, tuning concepts, configurations, logs inspection.

OSPWAT is looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager based out of our Israel office to support the EMEA region (primarily Israel, UK, France, Germany, DACHS, Nordics, Romania, Hungary, and Poland). The role is responsible for design, implementation, and execution of field marketing events with a focus on enterprise sales field needs. She/he will work closely with regional sales leaders and their strategic partners to promote brand awareness, generate sales opportunities, and track and report results.

The successful candidate must be able to drive multiple projects, anticipate project needs, identify work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. As the Field Marketing and Events Manager, they will be expected to demonstrate extreme attention to detail, superb communication skills, have a "can do" attitude, and be capable of creative problem-solving.

What You Will Be Doing
Partner closely with the regional field and channel sales teams in Israel & EMEA to define and execute in-region programs tied to revenue goals, including but not limited to regional and local events, field marketing programs (primarily collateral and promotion localization), and partner joint marketing programs.
Work with regional contractors to localize marketing collateral and promotion materials, including datasheets, website, white papers, press releases and marketing promotions.
Work with a regional public relations firm to ensure alignment and execution in parallel with the corporate PR strategy and plans.
Up to 20% of your time will be spent travelling.
Manage planning and logistics for various end-user and partner-facing event types: 10 x 10, tabletop, sporting, lunch-and-learn, partner activities, etc., including pre/post show documentation and communication. Ensure that booth selection, design, staffing, branding, messaging, materials (displays, literature, giveaways, signage, prizes) and necessary services (internet, badge scanners, etc.) are show ready.
Work closely with business partners’ marketing organizations to ensure all joint strategies are implemented responsibly within budget.
Set and implement standards of protocol to ensure that OPSWAT’s brand presence is executed to its fullest in each and every program.
Work as a part of the marketing team to develop and implement an ongoing and effective tradeshow & events calendar/schedule by identifying event opportunities.
Be accountable for budget forecasting, tracking and reconciliation, capturing and recording of data associated with each marketing activity for use in ROI analysis and future event planning.
Work with various departments (executive staff, sales, product management, product marketing, etc.) to recruit, prepare, and support thought leadership opportunities (speaking engagements) at events and conferences.
Meticulously maintain the marketing events calendar so that all internal customers have up-to-the-minute access to the planning that is going on behind any given event.
Arrange and coordinate international delelgations and customer/prospect visits in the OPSWAT Israel Demo Center.
Manage and maintain the OPSWAT Israel demo center schedule and promote visits with the Israeli Export Instituite, Israel Cyber Directorate, Ben Gurion University Cyber center, and others.
