StepUp Media Group, a boutique inbound marketing agency located in YeruhamTech, the Yeruham hi-tech incubator, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full-time position, with flexibility to work part-time from home.

We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and highly organized Sales Development representative who is full of creativity and interested in excelling both in marketing strategy and sales. We are a small company in a rapid growth phase, and we are looking for people who are excited to be part of our core team and grow into leaders as we scale.

The role includes:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Conduct research to identify new markets, selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and create sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Develop smart sales funnels and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. using CRM software

You must have:

- Fluent English
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- An ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Self-motivation and a positive outlook
- Passion for business growth and marketing, a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels

We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and highly organized Inbound Marketing Manager who is full of creativity and interested in excelling both in marketing strategy and execution. We are a small company in a rapid growth phase, and we are looking for people who are excited to be part of our core team and grow into leaders as we scale.

The role includes:

Manage relationships with clients (including weekly phone meetings, periodic in person meetings, directing requests and tasks to relevant StepUp team members and ensuring that all work is completed)
Work alongside other team members (strategist, designer, copywriter, PPC Manager, SEO Specialist) to help build the best strategy for our clients and distribute content that educates, empowers and supports the customers marketing goals
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar based in SEO and buyer persona research (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Manage social media channels
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics together with the clients’ sales teams to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

You must have:

Native English
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Some past experience in marketing
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
An ability to use data to inform all decisions
Self-motivation and a positive outlook
Passion for digital marketing, a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels
