Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage company’s outsourced Digital Marketing team
- Help generate and manage digital marketing content and company’s website
- Preparation of marketing materials, blogs, newsletters
- Preparation of PPT presentations for meetings & webinars
- Administration & Logistics coordination
- Data Entry and Report Generation using Salesforce CRM
- Research trade shows and conferences

Requirements:
• Native English language knowledge (written and spoken)
• Multi-tasker, Highly attentive to detail, well organized
• Ability to work independently, highly reliable / responsible
• Team-player
• Highly customer centric/service oriented
• Willing to work 3 days a week (20 hours) 1 in Beer Sheva office, perhaps 2 days remote

Education and Experience:
· University/College degree – Advantage
· Experience & Knowledge in marketing - Must
· English – native or mother tongue level - Must
· Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs – Must,
· Graphics capabilities an advantage
· Experience working in Sales Force (CRM) – Must

The role includes:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Conduct research to identify new markets, selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and create sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Develop smart sales funnels and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. using CRM software

You must have:

- Fluent English
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- An ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Self-motivation and a positive outlook
- Passion for business growth and marketing, a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new platforms and channels
- Open minded to sales training and new approaches
- Passion for excellence
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Bonus skills: Proficiency in CRM, sales funnels
